COUNTIES...
At 813 PM EDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located along a
line extending from near Oxford to near Butner, moving northeast at
55 mph. The two circulations capable of producing a tornado, which
were embedded within the squall line, were located near Berea in
Granville County and near Bahama in Durham County, moving northeast
at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
