* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* TIMING...This afternoon into this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down tree limbs and power 
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With the ground saturated from previous
  rain, trees and power lines will be more susceptible to the 
  adverse effects of strong winds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.

The winds will continue to diminish some more through this 
evening. Although gusty winds are still expected for awhile longer,
damaging winds are no longer expected and therefore the Wind
