* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Kent County in central Delaware...
  East central Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 345 AM EDT.
    
* At 321 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Sandtown, or 14 miles southwest of Dover, moving
  east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Dover, Harrington, Camden, Bowers, Woodside, Viola, Rising
  Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Big
