* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.0 feet
  this evening. The river will fall below flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Flood damage, adjacent to the creek,
  begins in the city of Chester.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of

* Moderate flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The creek will continue rising to near 11.2 feet
  this evening. The creek will fall back below flood stage
  overnight.
* Impact...At 11.5 feet, Parker and Kerlin Streets flood. The
  600 to 1300 blocks of Parker Street are subject to evacuations.
  The 1300-1400 blocks of Kerlin Street are also subject to
  evacuations.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
