At 1148 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in 
Monroe and Northampton Counties. Several roads have been closed in 
Bethlehem and in the Stroudsburg area. Street flooding has also 
begun in Warren County in Phillipsburg. Flash flooding will continue 
for the next few hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Easton, Mount Pocono, Forks, East Stroudsburg, Hackettstown,
Tobyhanna, Wilson, Washington, Blairstown, Nazareth, Bangor, Pen
Argyl, Wind Gap, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford, Alpha, Hope, Belfast and
