* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  South central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 418 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Over two inches of rain have 
  already fallen in a short amount of time. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Egg Harbor City, Tuckerton, Surf City, Port Republic, Bass River
  State Forest, Batsto, Elwood-Magnolia, New Gretna, Wading River,
  Beach Haven West, Mystic Island and Manahawkin.
