* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 244 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen in a short amount of time. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Willingboro, Medford, Barnegat, Lumberton, Florence,
  Beachwood, Burlington, Mount Holly, Tabernacle, Shamong,
  Presidential Lakes Estates, Beverly, Pemberton, Wrightstown,
  Leisuretowne, Jacksonville, Georgetown, Presidential Lakes and
  Whiting.

CENTRAL OCEAN AND BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 445 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated two to four inches of rain 
from earlier thunderstorms. Flooding has occurred with high water on 
roads in several areas, including Burlington City and Manahawkin.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Toms River, Willingboro, Medford, Barnegat, Lumberton, Florence,
Beachwood, Burlington, Mount Holly, Tabernacle, Shamong, Presidential
Lakes Estates, Beverly, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Leisuretowne,
Jacksonville, Georgetown, Presidential Lakes and Whiting.
