Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing additional rain across the warned area which has already seen heavy rain with earlier storms. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain. * Some locations that could experience flooding include...
