* Until 415 PM CDT.
    
* At 338 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Janesville, or 13 miles east of Mankato, moving
  southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Law enforcement reported a 
           funnel cloud.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Waseca around 355 PM CDT.
