  South central Howard County in western Texas...

* Until 715 PM CDT.
    
* At 642 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 9 miles south of Lomax, or 13 miles east of Greenwood,
  moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Lomax around 650 PM CDT.
  Forsan around 710 PM CDT.

was located near Lomax, or 8 miles southwest of Big Spring, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
