  Northeastern Tangipahoa Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Northwestern Washington Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 945 AM CST.
    
* At 919 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Wilmer, or 10 miles east of Amite, moving east at
  40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
