* At 703 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado
was located near Moorefield, or 11 miles east of Curtis, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile

At 729 PM CDT, the initial storm that produced the tornado has moved
into Dawson County, however a second severe thunderstorm capable of
producing a tornado was located 7 miles east of Moorefield, or 13
miles east of Curtis, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
