* At 529 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Flash flooding will continue. The Fajardo river is 
  falling, but will remain high for another several hours.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area. therefore the flash flood warning has been extended 
until 7 PM AST.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
