  was located near Bladenboro, or 12 miles northwest of Whiteville,
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN BLADEN COUNTY WILL EXPIRE AT
615 PM EDT...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
southeastern North Carolina.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
part of the area.
