was located near Sibley, or 16 miles north of Valley City, moving
east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...TORNADO and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud.
IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Barnes County.
