...A Dangerous and Strong Low Pressure System Will Impact Lake 
Erie later today through Friday morning...

.A strong area of low pressure will undergo rapid deepening as it
moves northeast into Ontario tonight, pulling a strong cold front
east across Lake Erie. Storm force winds are expected on the
eastern half of Lake Erie with sustained winds to 50 knots and 
gusts up to 60 knots. Winds to 40 to 45 knots are likely on the 
western half of Lake Erie. Significant waves of 14 to 18 feet are
also expected on the east half of the lake.

  gradually recover into Friday morning.

.A strong area of low pressure remains just east of Lake Huron
this morning and will quickly depart the region today. The strong
pressure gradient remaining over the lake will allow for winds of
35 to 45 knots through this morning with gusts to 55 knots 
possible over the eastern basin. Significant waves of 12 to 17 
feet will continue on the east half of the lake this morning.
