* At 726 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain
have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
Additional storms are expected this evening.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Upper Sandusky, Forest, Sycamore, Carey, Nevada, Wharton and Kirby.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already
fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Some roads
have been reported to have high water on them.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Upper Sandusky, Forest, Sycamore, Carey, Nevada, Wharton and Kirby.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.
