  Southwestern Allegany County in western New York...

* Until 415 PM EDT..

* At 318 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Weston Mills,
  or near Olean, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Olean, Weston Mills, Friendship, Bolivar, Portville, Richburg,
  Haskell Flats, West Clarksville, Little Genesee and Ceres.

 This includes Interstate 86 exit 26 and near exit 29.
