  RI, Newport RI and Block Island RI Counties. Including the
  cities of Willimantic, Orange, Fitchburg, Framingham, Lowell,
  Lawrence, Gloucester, Worcester, Foxborough, Norwood, Cambridge,
  Boston, Quincy, Taunton, Brockton, Plymouth, Fall River, New
  Bedford, Chatham, Falmouth, Provincetown, Vineyard Haven,
  Nantucket, Smithfield, Providence, Coventry, West Greenwich,
