  Northwestern Howard County in northeastern Iowa...

* Until 400 PM CDT.
    
* At 324 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Riceville, or 14 miles east of Osage, moving north
  at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  northeastern Mitchell and northwestern Howard Counties, including

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has 
been cancelled.  However gusty winds up to 50 mph and heavy rain are 
still possible with this thunderstorm.
