.SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC COAST...
A 996 mb low 150 NM northwest of Utqiagvik will move northeast
through the day to be a 993 mb low 450 NM northeast of Deadhorse
this afternoon and into the high Arctic by Saturday morning. A 
1005 mb low just west of Point Hope this morning will weaken while
it moves northeast this afternoon, becoming a weak trough that 
will move east across the North Slope.

A weather front extending from Banks Island southwest to 
Deadhorse early this morning will move to the east northeast
towards Mackenzie Bay by mid morning. High pressure will quickly 
move eastward across the Beaufort Sea behind the front today as a 
984 mb low moves north of Wrangel Island. A 996 mb low will move 
to be just west of Point Hope by Sunday morning, quickly moving 
northeast to be a 998 mb low 100 NM north of Wainwright Sunday 
afternoon.
