* TIMING...The risk for downslope winds will increase Tuesday 
  afternoon then briefly decrease Wednesday morning before 
  increasing again Wednesday afternoon, peak Wednesday night 
  into early Thursday morning, then quickly decrease late 
  Thursday morning. 

* WINDS...West to southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 
  60 mph tonight through early Wednesday; Winds 40 to 50 mph
