  afternoon then briefly decrease Wednesday morning before
  increasing again Wednesday afternoon, peak Wednesday night into
  early Thursday morning, then quickly decrease late Thursday 
  morning.

* WINDS...West to southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60
  mph tonight through early Wednesday; Winds 40 to 50 mph with 
  gusts 70 to 80 mph Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds can blow down power lines, destroy 
  outbuildings, and raise large amounts of dust. Prepare now by

* TIMING...Winds will increase Wednesday afternoon, peak 
  Wednesday night into Thursday morning, and decrease through 
  the afternoon and evening Thursday. 

* WINDS...West to southwest winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts 60 to 
  70 mph turning northwest and becoming lighter Thursday, with 
  speeds between 20-30 MPH and gusts up to 40 MPH. 

* IMPACTS...High winds can blow down power lines, blow away loose
  objects, raise large amounts of dust, and make driving very
  difficult.
