  Northeastern Clark County in southern Nevada...

* Until 145 AM PDT.

* At 1038 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain near Valley of Fire State Park. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly near the Valley of Fire and into the 
  Overton and Logandale area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Overton, Moapa Town, Moapa Valley, Echo Bay, Valley Of Fire,
  Callville Bay Campground, Overton Beach, Echo Bay Campground,
  Callville Bay and Logandale.

 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
