* Until 900 PM PDT.

* At 557 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Caliente, Ursine, Pioche, Beaver Dam, Eagle Valley, Meadow Valley
  Campground, Panaca, Echo Canyon State Park, Cathedral Gorge State
  Park, Ranch Campground, Horsethief Gulch Campground, Kershaw-Ryan
  Campground, Cabin Pines Campground and Beaver Dam State Park.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM PDT FOR
EAST CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY...

At 645 PM PDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in the 
Pioche and Panaca areas. Most flooding at this time is occurring 
along US 93 near mile marker 113, where the highway is beginning to 
wash out, as well as around Panaca. Drivers are advised to limit 
travel and avoid these areas.

Campground, Panaca, Echo Canyon State Park, Cathedral Gorge State
