  North central Osage County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 1000 PM CDT.
    
* At 908 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation
  that could produce a tornado at any time was located 5 miles
  southwest of Elgin, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located 3 miles southeast of Elgin, moving northeast at 20 mph.
