The National Weather Service in Ruskin has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Hillsborough County in west central Florida...

* Until 345 PM EDT
    
* At 326 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located over the Tampa Bay, moving towards Macdill Air 
  Force Base, or 8 miles east of Downtown Saint Petersburg, moving 
  northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  central Hillsborough County, including the following locations:
  South Tampa.
