heavy rain across the warned area. Two to Three inches of rain has
already fallen across just northwest of Haskell and near
Rochester. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Haskell, Stamford, Rule, Rochester, Weinert, O'brien, Irby, Paint
Creek, Sagerton, Lake Stamford Marina, Us-277 Near The Haskell-
