* At 1000 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. An additional one to three inches of rainfall is
expected through 4 AM. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.
