* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to rise to near
  8.5 feet by this morning. The river will fall below flood stage by late this 
  morning.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Right bank and approach to bridge is flooded.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.5 feet on Oct 12
