* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this afternoon and continue to rise 
  to near 13.3 feet by this evening. The river will fall below flood stage by 
  tonight.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Water begins to cover and close Riverview Boulevard in
  West Norriton.
