Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM EST Saturday.

* LOCATION...northeast Pennsylvania the northwest tip of New
  Jersey. 

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* TIMING...The strongest winds have occurred and will slowly be
  diminishing overnight. 

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may still blow down a few snow laden tree
  limbs, and power lines. Scattered power new outages are still
  possible. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
The strong wind can make driving difficult. Light-weight outdoor
