  Southeastern Carter County in southern Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Murray County in southern Oklahoma...

* Until 945 AM CDT.
  
* At 650 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
  flooding is occurring or is imminent.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Ardmore, Dickson, Springer, Dougherty, Gene Autry, Lake Of The
  Arbuckles and Lake Murray.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 AM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN CARTER AND SOUTHEASTERN MURRAY COUNTIES...

At 920 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has moved 
out of eastern Murray and eastern Carter Counties, although light 
rain continues near and east of Ardmore. Flooding of flood-prone 
areas may still occur this morning due to the heavy rainfall earlier 
this morning, but conditions are expected to improve. Continue to be 
alert and do not drive onto flooded roadways. Additional rainfall 
will also be possible later today.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ardmore, Dickson, Springer, Dougherty, and Gene Autry.
