already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

Oak Ridge, Kingston, Rockwood, Loudon, Fairview, Midtown, Harriman,
Philadelphia, Paint Rock, Bradbury, Eagle Furnace, Dearmond and

SOUTHWESTERN LOUDON AND ROANE COUNTIES...
At 947 AM EDT, Roane County local law enforcement reported high
water across Decatur Highway south of the city of Kingston.
Thunderstorms will heavy rain continues across parts of Roane and
Loudon Counties. Up to four inches of rain have already fallen.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oak Ridge, Kingston, Rockwood, Loudon, Fairview, Midtown, Harriman,
Philadelphia, Paint Rock, Bradbury, Eagle Furnace, Dearmond and
Coalfield.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
