* At 210 PM CDT, a tornado producing storm was located over Highland
Home, or 14 miles southwest of Meadville, moving north at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
