* At 800 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen between Anthonies Mill and Richwoods in the past
two hours. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Arnold, Festus, Union, De Soto, Pevely, Crystal City, St. Clair,
Herculaneum, Hillsboro, Potosi, Barnhart, Cedar Hill, Anthonies
