  Fayette County in south central Illinois...

* Until 415 PM CDT Tuesday.

* At 1008 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Vandalia, St. Elmo, Ramsey, Brownstown, Wrights Corner, Avena,
  Shafter, Bayle City, St. James and Hagerstown.

This includes Interstate 70 in Illinois between exits 61 and 76.
 
This also includes  Ramsey Lake State Park.
