The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Vernon Parish in west central Louisiana...

* Until 245 PM CST

* At 1051 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rosepine, Pitkin, Fort Polk, Slagle, Deridder, Lacamp, Leander,
  Fullerton, Hutton, Cravens, Simpson and Pickering.

Additional rainfall amounts of two to four inches are possible in 
the warned area.
