increase winds across the area. The strongest winds are expected

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 PM AST
THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 8 AM this morning to 6 PM AST
this evening. 

* TIMING...This morning and this afternoon.

* WINDS...up to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph possible.

* IMPACTS...Lose objects will be blown away, tarps and awnings may
  suffer damage. Dry sand may be lifted into the air at local
  beaches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 25 mph or higher are 
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
