* At 149 PM AST, Heavy rainfall will continue to affect the warning 
  area during the next three hours or so. These showers and 
  thunderstorms will result in sharp rises along rivers and small 
  streams as well as urban flooding. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
