The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Juncos Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Las Piedras Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  San Lorenzo Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 630 PM AST

* At 526 PM AST, citizen reported that a river in Las Piedras 
  Municipality was out of its banks. In addition, the USGS river 
  sensors indicate that the area rivers are still slowly rising and 
  the doppler radar is detecting additional rainfall moving in to 
  the Warning area. For that reason the Flash Flood Warning has been 
  extended until 630 PM AST.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Las Piedras, San Lorenzo, Juncos, La Fermina, Pueblito Del Rio, El
  Mango, Jagual and Lomas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
