  Northwestern Jackson County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Northeastern Rockcastle County in south central Kentucky...

* Until 1100 PM EDT
    
* At 1025 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Conway, or 7 miles north of Mount Vernon,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Boone, Snider, Morrill, Threelinks, Conway, Collingsworth, Kerby
