* At 838 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. 2 to 3 inches of rain have
already fallen...especially across Clay...Vigo and southern
Putnam Counties. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Terre Haute, Greencastle, Brazil, West Terre Haute, Cloverdale,
Seelyville, Knightsville, Bainbridge, Rosedale, Harmony, Staunton,
Fillmore, Carbon, Fontanet, Lena, Groveland, Belle Union,
Reelsville, Bridgeton and North Terre Haute.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 1 and 47.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
