producing heavy rain moving into the warned area. 1 to 3 inches
has already fallen across much of the lower Wabash Valley and
south central Indiana since Friday. An additional 1 to 3 inches of
rain with locally higher amounts is expected into the afternoon.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
