  thunderstorms. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly if it

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHERN RANDOLPH COUNTY...

At 343 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain fell across the 
warned area. Four to five inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
flooding is already occurring.  The heavy rain has ended, but 
flooding will likely continue through the night.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Winchester, Farmland, Lynn and Modoc.
