* At 436 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Raymond, or 12 miles southeast of Virden, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
