tornado was located 13 miles south of Wittenberg, or 19 miles north
of Waupaca, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
