  West central Norton County in northwestern Kansas...
  Decatur County in northwestern Kansas...
  Southern Red Willow County in southwestern Nebraska...

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 916 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles north of
  Gem, or 9 miles northeast of Colby, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Colby, Oakley, Oberlin, Brewster, Levant, Rexford and Norcatur. 

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 36 and 74.
