The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northern Jewell County in north central Kansas...
  Southwestern Nuckolls County in south central Nebraska...

* Until 530 PM CDT
    
* At 459 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Burr Oak, or 31 miles north of Beloit, moving 
  east at 30 mph. There are additional areas of rotation near 
  Mankato...also moving east.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Bostwick around 510 PM CDT. 
  Superior around 520 PM CDT.
