* At 334 AM CDT, emergency management reported multiple roads with
water flowing several inches deep over them in Turner county.
Thunderstorms have already produced two to three inches of rain
over the past 6 hours, and more steady moderate rain is likely
over the next few hours. Flash flooding is occurring and will
likely continue through the morning.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Centerville, Viborg, Irene, Hurley, Wakonda and Davis.
